Who is Covered? This warranty covers the purchaser of the SegSaddle and anyone else who owns it during the warranty period. How Long Does the Coverage Last? This warranty remains in force for one year from the date the dealer installs the SegSaddle on your Segway, or delivers the SegSaddle to you. What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers all functional mechanical parts of the SegSaddle. What Does This Warranty Not Cover? This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the Saddle Seat cover. It also does not cover damage to the cosmetic surfaces of the SegSaddle, except as a result of a manufacturing defect. What Will We Do to Correct Problems? If you have any mechanical problems with your SegSaddle, please let us know by email or phone and we will work with you and your dealer to resolve the problem.
We may ask you to return the SegSaddle to us for repair. You are responsible for the proper packaging and shipping of the SegSaddle to us.
We will repair the SegSaddle to the best of our ability, and return the SegSaddle to you at our expense.
After the Warranty expires we will repair the SegSaddle to the best of our ability, and return the SegSaddle to you at your expense.
